Welcome to Foodie ("Foodie," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using CheckFoodie.com, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Foodie.
User Accounts
Users may register through Google Sign-In or email/password authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity associated with it.
User Content
Foodie allows users to submit ratings, reviews, comments, photos, and profile information. You retain ownership of your content but grant Foodie a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and promote that content in connection with operation of the platform.
Content Standards
Users may not submit deceptive content, fake reviews, harassment, hate speech, illegal material, intellectual property violations, spam, or content intended to manipulate rankings and ratings.
Reviews and Ratings
Reviews reflect user opinions only and do not represent Foodie's views. Foodie does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content.
Restaurant and Menu Information
Restaurant information, menus, pricing, dish descriptions, and availability may change without notice. Foodie does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information.
Intellectual Property
The platform, software, branding, logos, design, and content created by Foodie are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
Termination
Foodie may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms or activities that may harm the platform or users.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Foodie is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foodie and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Foodie constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
